“Rest Assured, It’s All Good”

“We might second guess, but He already knows. We’ve got to show our trust in Him, even when things don’t go as planned.” – ToddCPittman

Yep, I Said It!

…and so did Matthew 1:20 (NKJV) – “But while he thought about these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, ‘Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit.”

“This morning I thought about how confused Joseph must have been when he planned to take Mary as his wife and then found out she was pregnant. It wasn’t until that messenger from God reassured Joseph that he was on the right path that He was able to rest. We have all been confused and at times wondering if we are making the right decisions. When we start feeling overwhelmed by our decisions, let’s be reassured that God knows just where we are and how to get us where we need to be. If we feel moved by the spirit to make a choice, to make a decision, let’s not second guess it. Instead, let’s cast all our fears and replace them with trust. We’ve got to trust that God will lead us in the right direction. But hey, we have to have a relationship with Him to be able to follow His lead. So let’s strengthen that relationship and trust that He won’t fail!” – #ToddCPittman
