“Each of us is a leader in our own way to our own audience. A leader is strong, courageous, and is trusting in the Lord.” – #ToddCPittman
Yep, I Said It!
…and so did Joshua 1:9 (NKJV) – “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

“When Joshua was tasked with leading the children of Israel into the promised land, they had been wandering in the wilderness for 40 years. The same words of comfort and encouragement the Lord provided to Him in Joshua 1:9 are the same words that should refresh our souls and renew our minds today. Look, we all have to be a leader at some point in our lives. Whether we lead by example for our family members, lead by strategy for our business colleagues, or lead through guidance to those close to us that are battling their personal demons – we have to be strong and courageous and part of that means trusting the Lord. I don’t know about you but in the past, I’ve had to battle my own demons and sometimes we have to minister to ourselves. No matter what the situation, we become great leaders when we ask for answers to our personal challenges. I’ve learned that when I turn to the Lord for guidance, success comes my way because He has the answers I need. Let’s stop thinking we know it all and have all the answers and let’s start prayerfully seeking His direction in guiding our children, strengthening our relationships, battling our addictions, and stewarding our financial gifts. Let’s ask Him to work on us so we can lead by example. Someone is always watching.” – #ToddCPittman
