“It’s Time for a Spiritual Colonoscopy”

“Stress clogs our thought flow and stifles our joy. Sometimes we have to just say ‘God’s got this!” – #ToddCPittman

Yep, I Said It!

…and so did John 16:33 (NKJV) “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”

“Full disclaimer, I stole the term ‘Spiritual Colonoscopy’ from the insightful Pastor Cliff Bryant at Real Life Miniseries in Surprise, AZ! Thanks, Pastor! But what I didn’t steal was my message that we GOT’S TO CHILL. We have to stop continuing to build up that internal blockage called stress. Instead, let’s build up our sense of peace by continuing to build up God’s Word. Look here, God’s Word sustains us when in doubt, supports us when suffering, and shines the light when we are in a dark place. So let’s make the effort today to take in His wonderful Word of comfort and receive the peace it brings. Right now, let’s rest our minds on Him and release the trials and tribulations in our life that seem to be building up every day. Right now let’s believe ‘God’s got this!” – #ToddCPittman
