“We Don’t Control When Our Prayers Are Answered”

“If we believe we won’t get discouraged, but we’ll continue to pray and continue to be patient.” #ToddCPittman

Yep, I Said It!

. . . and so did Acts 20:24 (NKJV): But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.

“Too often we let our circumstances trick us out of our blessings. Things might not be happening on our timetable and the situation looks grim, but don’t let what we see and hear in the natural trick us into thinking that things won’t turn around. Let’s think hard about what we’re asking God for and not let the ‘things’ in the world move us. Look, we serve a faithful God and our faithfulness to living life according to His expectations will show that what He said, He will do. It will show what He spoke, He will bring to pass. His Word is stronger than discouragement caused by naysayers and than negative thoughts brought on by things that look impossible. Know that our Father is faithful! Let’s not be moved by what we see, let’s be moved by what we know.” – #ToddCPittman
